- I formally began photography in the aughts, capturing headshots of fellow actors at the American Globe Theatre. At the same time, I worked backstage at New York Fashion Week, where stylization and clear characterization sell product. Drawing on these experiences, I founded FACE IT FOTO in 2010, and refined a process of collaborating with clients on their lighting, location, and wardrobe preferences, then using directing techniques to guide on-camera presence and connection, producing brand-reflective headshots.
FACE IT FOTO also produces theatrical, editorial, and corporate imaging. Highlights include editorial work for Mandarin Quarterly’s 'Haute Chef' features, Run-of-Show for Greg Lauren, news anchor headshots and publicity images for Thomson Reuters’ Asia Division, best-selling authors, Broadway and television performers, event images for 14StY, and publicity stills for 59E59 Theaters.

- THEATRICAL
- The FIF Theatrical Primer offers a useful starting point for publicity shots, production stills, or coverage of a post-production gala event. Request the Primer and a consultation to determine scope and pricing.
- EVENT
- Day rates serve as a general guide and may be adjusted based on creative approach, lighting, crew, deliverables, and proofing. Consultation will determine an accurate quote.
- BOOKING
- A $225 deposit confirms any studio booking, $400 with makeup artist. For all other bookings, a 25% deposit confirms the session, or as agreed by prior arrangement.
